• What is Recreation Soccer?

• How do I register?
  To register for any of our programs you must have an account with Coastal United. To create an account or log into an existing account please go to www.COASTALUNITED.com and click on either the Register or Login button on the main screen. Please make sure to follow through all the prompts when creating an account.

• When is the season?
  The Fall season starts in September and ends in November.
  The Spring season starts in February and ends in May

• How many days of week of practice?
  Our Kickers division practices one day a week in the 5:30-7pm time block. All other divisions will practice two days a week in the 5:30-7pm time block. Some Coastal and United Divisions teams will practice from 7-8:30pm based on field/coach availability.

• Where/When are games?
  All Recreation games are played at Creekside Park. Games for Kickers, Strikers, and Coastal Division will be held on Saturdays. Times will vary based on field/ref availability. United Division games will be played on Friday nights.

• How do I get Uniform?
  Advanced Signs in New Bern is our official recreation uniform supplier. To get a uniform you can contact them directly at their store or order online at the following link (Click Here).

• How do I volunteer to coach?
  We are always looking for good people to help donate their time. During the registration process for your player you will be asked if you would like to volunteer for your players team. If you missed the question of would like to volunteer and don't have a player playing please email [email protected] and we will help you. We will provide equipment for coaches. No experience is required. All coaches must complete Risk Management and Safe Sport certification.

• Can I make a request?
  To make a request please email [email protected]. We only accept practice day, sibling coordination, and carpooling requests. Carpooling requests must come from both parties to be considered. We do not accept coach request. We will do what we can to help fulfill request the best we can but please note that we cannot guarantee requests will be fulfilled.

• When are schedules posted?
  Once teams are formed we will create the season schedule. Once the schedule is complete we post the schedule, which will send an email out to everyone. An email reminder will be sent to you regarding upcoming games and any changes to the schedule.

• Why is nothing showing in my account?
  If next to your players name there is no programs showing it might be due to one of the following reasons:
  1.) You have already completed the registration. Check the order section in your account to see if it has been completed.
  2.) A registration hasn't been completed. Check the shopping cart in your account for any unfinished registrations.
  3.) Your player is either too young or too old for the current registration
  4.) Registration for a particular program has not been created yet.

• How do I find out about field closures?
  We utilize two different communication platforms for field closures.
  1.) Rained-Out Alerts- If you would like instant notation via email once fields are closed please go to the following link to sign up for the Rained-Out Alerts (Click Here). 
  2.) Facebook- We will post any field closures on Facebook. Please give us a follow on our Facebook Page (Click Here) or view our most up-to-date postings on the main page of www.COASTALUNITED.com
  Please Do  Not reference Craven County Park and Recreation website for field closures. Their update is for the general public and may not be accurate for league practices/games
  

• How to share photos with Social Media?
  If you would like to share some photos with us you can send us a direct message through Facebook Messenger or tag us in your post.
